Refund Policy

Roamp audit reports are digital goods that are generated and delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for purchased scan credits or plan upgrades.

When we will re-credit your account

If a scan fails to complete due to a technical issue on our end — for example, our screenshot engine can’t reach the URL, or the AI analysis times out — we’ll re-credit the scan to your account so you can try again. You don’t need to contact us; failed scans are automatically re-credited.

What we can’t refund

  • Completed audits, even if the results aren’t what you expected
  • Unused scan credits on your account
  • Plan downgrades mid-billing cycle

Exceptions

If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, email us at support@roamp.it. We’ll review your case and do our best to make it right.
