These terms govern your use of Roamp (“we,” “us,” “our”) at roamp.it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use Roamp.
Roamp is an AI-powered behavioral psychology audit tool. You submit a URL, we take screenshots of that page, and our AI engine analyzes them against 70+ behavioral science models. The result is a structured report with strengths, gaps, and growth experiments.
Audits are generated by AI (Claude by Anthropic) and are advisory in nature. They are not professional consulting advice, legal guidance, or guarantees of business outcomes. Use them as one input among many when making decisions about your website.
To use Roamp, you need an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@roamp.it.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account per person — don’t create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

Your audit reports
You own the audit reports generated for your URLs. You can use them internally, share them with clients, or publish them — they’re yours.
Our platform and methodology
Roamp’s software, design, AI prompts, scoring methodology, and behavioral science framework remain our intellectual property. Your right to use them is limited to accessing the service through your account.
Roamp offers free and paid plans. Free accounts include a limited number of scans per month. Paid plans provide additional scan credits and access to premium report features.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. All purchases are final — we don’t offer refunds for unused scan credits. If you experience a technical issue that prevents a scan from completing, contact us and we’ll re-credit your account.
Audit reports are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies, incomplete analysis, or suggestions that don’t apply to your specific context. Roamp does not guarantee that following audit recommendations will improve your conversion rates, revenue, or any other business metric.
We continuously improve our analysis engine, but AI is not infallible. Treat audit findings as informed suggestions, not definitive answers.
Roamp is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit results will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamp’s total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, regardless of the cause.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@roamp.it. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately. We’ll delete your personal data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify registered users by email. Continued use of Roamp after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
